Legs-ercise








































1. Begin standing in first position turnout with arms crossed behind your back. Holding your arms back will force you to control your abdominals which young dancers can have a habit of forgetting. The lack of ability to use your arms also makes these exercises a better workout for your quadriceps (thighs) and hamstrings (back of the thighs).
